Terms
The service
Persona by PineAI is a workspace for authorized persona references, creative samples, reviews and optional sharing. Features marked unavailable or awaiting a worker are not yet delivered. AI outputs may vary and do not guarantee an exact future appearance, a specific voice, followers, income or celebrity resemblance.
Your account and materials
Keep your sign-in account secure. Upload only materials you own or are authorized to use, including permission for any voice or likeness. Obtain guardian authorization for minors. Do not use Persona for impersonation, fraud, sexual exploitation, harassment, or unlawful content. You retain your rights in your original materials. You grant the permissions needed to store and process them for requested features. Public sharing is your choice.
Subscriptions and credits
Free includes one persona. Paid monthly plans allow 3, 10 or unlimited personas as shown on the pricing page. Voice and video features require Studio 10 or higher and a connected provider. Generation API usage is separately priced in prepaid credits. Unlimited persona count does not mean unlimited compute or storage. Downgrading above the new limit preserves viewing and deletion; editing and creation resume after you remove excess personas. No automatic persona deletion occurs.
Billing and cancellation
Live billing remains disabled until activation. When available, the checkout shows USD prices, applicable tax and recurring terms before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through subscription management. Cancellation normally retains access until the paid period ends. Credits are reserved before a generation and released on failure; successful jobs consume the quoted amount. No generation charge is incurred just by viewing a sample.
Availability and support
We may restrict abusive or unauthorized use. Keep independent copies of important original media. Service interruptions and provider limitations may affect availability. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable. Contact admin@pineai.dev for billing, access or content concerns.
